The 8th annual Maritime Employee Survey is launched today by leading maritime recruitment specialists Halcyon Recruitment and online training provider Coracle Online. This important, well received and widely anticipated study delivers a unique insight into salaries, bonus trends, employee satisfaction and motivations relating to existing roles and potential career moves. This year, the impact that “Brexit” is having on employee confidence will be a particular focus.
You are invited to take part in this important survey, participation is anonymous and your details will remain confidential – the survey takes less than five minutes to complete. Last year close to 3,000 people completed the survey which can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/maritimesurvey2016.
The results will be extremely detailed and analyse geographical, business area and market sector statistics. All participants will receive a free copy of the report when it is published later in the year.
